Delano & Morgan – Jacksonville, FL Wedding Photographer

I LOVE love! Especially the kind that you can see and feel. With Delano and Morgan, it was felt by all. These two are absolutely perfect for each other.

When I went to pick images for this blog, I had waaaay too many favorits… Like 250!! I had to narrow down but, still have a lot so, sorry in advance for this being long but, I think you’ll find it was worth it!

Delano and Morgan’s wedding day was a special day full of special moments! I’ve known Morgan for several years (pre Delano) and still remember the first time she told me about him. Naturally, I couldn’t wait to meet him! Fast forward to this past Spring where I got to meet him for the first time for their Engagement Session (Click if you’d like to reminisce on that session)! It was very obvious from the moment I saw them together that he was the perfect man for her to marry and that he was so in love with her as well.

Fast forward to the end of September and the day had arrived!!! Morgan and her girlfriends got ready at a friends home a few streets over from the Country Club where they were to get married and it was so calm and relaxing. Nothing was going to shake Morgan’s spirit! It was wedding day… this day was something she had envisioned and even the overcast day with sprinkles during the ceremony didn’t even make them skip a beat and with the help of Amy at Imperial Productions and all of the vendors, it was an absolutely beautiful day!! After photographing her getting ready with her girlfriends, we were off to the Country Club to snap a few pictures with her girls and then hide her in the women’s locker room so that Delano wouldn’t see her until she walked down the aisle and then we switched and got pictures of him and his handsome groomsmen outside and the excitement in Delano’s eyes said it all… he was about to marry the woman of his dreams! Anyway, this could keep going forever but, I’ll let the pictures share the story! <3 Delano & Morgan, Thank you for allowing me the honor of capturing such a special day for you both! <3

But, we made it work and still managed to get some gorgeous pictures of them! <3and now off to the Reception for lots of fun! Had to add a picture that included my good friend and Second shooter for this wedding, Holly Frazier, doing the Biker Shuffle! Her and Morgan are the only two people in the whole place that new how to do it and were showing them how! 😉

Gotta give credit to all those amazing Vendors that made their day absolutely perfect!

Sebastian – LCCA Class of 2018 – Lake City White Springs, Fl Senior Session

Today’s blog post features a Super Handsome Senior!!

Meet Sebastian, a future Lake City Christian Academy graduate! I got a call from his Grandmother to book this session. After seeing some pictures I had taken of one of his friends, he told his grandmother he wanted me to capture his Senior Portraits. She told me how I was going to love taking his pictures because he was a good looking kid and well….I must agree!!

He wanted his session to be outdoors but, had nothing specific in mind so, I decided on a beautiful area close to White Springs on the Suwannee River that rarely ever has any traffic and then off to downtown Lake City as grandmother requested. As we explored the area during his session, I got to know him a little better. Not only is he handsome, he is so sweet and polite, fun loving and full of dreams and plans to one day work in Medicine and I get the feeling, that he can do whatever he puts his mind to. Sebastian, Thank you for choosing me to capture this Moment in your life!

Steven & Jennifer – Elopement and Couples Session – Lake City, Fl Photographer

This blog is long overdue but, was something I had to hold off on until they told all of their family and friends. haha It’s actually two blogs in one.

Meet Steven and Jennifer. Jennifer called me in January after she and Steven decided they didn’t want to wait anymore and chose to elope. After chatting a bit and getting to know her and hearing all about Steven, I was super excited to be capturing this special time for them!

They had been dating for several years and Jennifer had just graduated from college in Orlando, Steven got a job here in Lake City and she followed him here. They knew that forever was in their plans and actually had their wedding planned for January of 2018 at Southern Pines here in Lake City but, when you know you’re head over heels in love and just can’t wait…. you don’t!

It was a beautiful morning for a Wedding. In true, typical Florida fashion, it wasn’t very cold… just comfy. I met them and their two friends who they had attending as their witnesses and were also sworn to secrecy! 😉

You could tell from the moment we walked into the courthouse that Steven couldn’t wait to marry his bride! He was so giggly and very obviously in love. We waited for the clerk to get all of their paperwork together and then she legally married them in the courthouse. If I’m being honest, they don’t have a great setup for those eloping in the courthouse and there wasn’t much room for me to move around to get the angles I wanted but, at the time, they weren’t concerned because it meant they would forever be united and that is all that mattered.

Afterwards, we walked around in and out of the courthouse and got some adorable shots of them together. You can tell in those pictures just how much in love they are. See below.

Then in May, it came time for what was going to be their Engagement pictures which then changed to Elopement Announcement pictures. We chose Southern Pines… where they were going to be married. They decided at that point to announce their marriage and invest in their future instead of having the big wedding they originally imagined. They were in love and that’s all that mattered. <3

They had just gotten their pup, Maddox, and naturally, he had to be included since he was now a part of their family. 😉

We wondered around this beautiful venue, chatted about their future plans and chased an energetic pup who wanted to play with the big horsey on the other side of the fence! haha I’m in love with how the images turned out.

Chace – CHS Class of 2018 – St Augustine, Fl Senior Session

Sweet, handsome, talented….yep, that’s Chace! What better way to start the Class of 2018 Senior Sessions than with this handsome guy!?

Thanks to Florida and Mother Nature, we had to start his session bright and early at Sunrise and I don’t think I heard him complain even once! What a joy it was to capture this special time in his life as he prepares to begin his Senior year of High School. He was a total Rockstar and made my job easy. <3
